Verdi-Fabbri
Together with their parents, Bryan Edward Fabbri and Lisa Ann Verdi announce their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Christine Rankin O’Connor and the late Joseph William Verdi of Sandston, Va. She is the granddaughter of Edward and Dolly Rankin and the late Bennie and Doris Verdi.
She is a 1991 graduate of Varina High School and a 1995 graduate of Longwood University. She graduated with a masters degree in hearing and speech sciences in 2000 from Ohio University. She is a speech/language pathologist for Henrico County Public Schools in Richmond, Va.
Her fiance is the son of Maureen and Dennis Fabbri of Masontown.
He is the grandson of Steve and Alice Wallace of Masontown and the late Edward and Fannie Fabbri.
A 1993 graduate of Tri-Valley High School, he also attended West Virginia University and is a 1997 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania. He is employed as a research scientist with Analytical Services and Materials, a contractor with NASA, in Hampton, Va.
A July 23 wedding in Richmond, Va., is planned.
