The following people were sentenced in Fayette County Court between Jan. 25 and Feb. 17. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and can also include admission to the Interlock Program.Edward Alan Kimmel Jr., 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to 10 to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for indecent assault.

Valinecia Lynn Barnes, 30, of New Salem was sentenced to 30 days’ probation for possession of drugs and one year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Michael Lee Foster, 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to two to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for recklessly endangering another person.

Anthony Ray Cropp, 18, of West Finley was sentenced to four to eight years in a state prison for robbery and was ordered to make $15 in restitution to Bonnie Yeager and Eudoxia Jean Ulher.

David Alan Wingrove, 29, of New Salem was sentenced to three to six months in a state prison for retail theft. He was ordered to make $150 in restitution to Wal-Mart.

James Edward King III, 27, of Connellsville was sentenced to 16 to 84 months in a state prison for arson and was ordered to make $4,995.68 in restitution to State Farm Insurance Co.

Norman Fred Pennington, 46, of Fairbank was sentenced to one year’s probation for selling or furnishing liquor to minors.

William Albert Roberts, 36, of Fayette City was sentenced to one year’s probation for disorderly conduct and two years’ probation for corruption of minors.

Gregory Allan McKinney, 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years’ probation for simple assault.

Tammy Lee Uhor, 47, of Isabella was sentenced to 30 days to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Kristina Michelle Caldwell, no age listed, of Charleroi was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Douglas Scott Close, 26, of Confluence was sentenced to a total of 11/2 to three years in a state prison for two cases, both involving arson. He was ordered to make $560 in restitution to Jay Robert Stickle, $17,859 to Conemaugh Valley Mutual and $64,740 to Arnold Wilson.

Jason Woods, 34, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Lee Miller, 34, of Glenburnie, Md., was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Tamela L. Earley, 32, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 23 to 46 months in a state prison for delivery of drugs.

Leroy William Thorpe, 43, of Rockwood was sentenced to two to four months in a state prison for fleeing or eluding police and 90 days for driving with a suspended or revoked 90 to 180 months in a state prison for three counts of robbery.

Jessica Laine Jones, 26, of Smithfield was sentenced to a total of three years’ probation for theft of services and forgery. She was ordered to make $300 in restitution to Allegheny Energy and $321.76 to Elmer Moreland.

Jacqueline Burkett, 70, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of four years’ probation for conspiracy to tamper with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Charles N. Harshman Jr., 41, of Dickerson Run was sentenced to 90 days to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and was ordered to make $51.50 in restitution to Frances McLean. He was sentenced to an additional three to 12 months in prison for possession of drugs.

William Lewis Shroyer Jr., 46, no address listed, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

George E. Shipley, 36, of Dunbar was sentenced to two years’ probation for terroristic threats.

Edward T. Sokol, 34, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to six to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for terroristic threats and simple assault.

Harry Junior Brant, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for statutory sexual assault.

Anthony Paul Dominick, 57, of Grindstone was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Douglas Wayne Stimmell, 37, of Smithfield was sentenced to 54 to 108 months in a state prison for sexual assault.

Donald Eugene Hanon, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six years in a state prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Joshua A. Kaylor, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to two to four months in the Fayette County Prison for simple assault.

July Lida Copley, 34, of Morgantown, W.Va., was sentenced to two to four years in a state prison for conspiracy to commit robbery and was ordered to make $1,557 in restitution to Parkvale Bank and $150 to Robert Rogers.

Gil D. Avellanet, 25, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 12 months in a state prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, he was sentenced to three to 12 months in a state prison for possession of drugs.

Deborah Rae Fretts, 33, of Connellsville was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

James Glenn Lassiter, 45, of Point Marion was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI. He was ordered to make $1,032.99 in restitution to Lisa Adamovich and $478 to American National.

Anthony D. Jefferson, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Jeffrey David Kennedy, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 180 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Blayre Rossell, 23, of California was sentenced to two years’ probation for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $350 in restitution to Josephine Crawford.

John Russell Holland, 63, of Acme was sentenced to two years’ probation for simple assault.

John Raymond Hyatt III, 30, of Everson was sentenced to one year’s probation for unsworn falsification.

Bruce Lee Haney, 27, of Masontown was sentenced to six to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $280 in restitution to Jason Sadlek.

Tracy Van Groves, 37, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year’s probation for defiant trespass.

William Lee Clemmer, 20, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to three years’ probation for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $1,166.67 in restitution to John Ray Hughes.

James Eugene Everly, 32, of Republic was sentenced to nine to 18 months in the Fayette County Prison for criminal trespass.

David Allen Fisher, 26, of Mount Braddock was sentenced to two years’ probation for indecent assault.

William Jermaine Glover, 19, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to two years’ probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was ordered to make $3,600 in restitution to Christine Meade.

Jeffrey Michael Osler, 53, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first six months served on house arrest, for stalking.

William Minerd, 22, of Hopwood was sentenced to nine to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for receiving stolen property.

Charles R. McClelland, 43, of Republic was sentenced to two years’ probation for simple assault and was ordered to make $8,226.50 to Raymond Hice.

William Richard Light, 26, of Dunbar was sentenced to 12 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 180 days served on house arrest, for possession of drugs.

Vincent Alan Taylor, 38, of Arnold was sentenced to 30 days’ probation for possession of drugs and one year’s probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul Charles Miller, 50, of Confluence was sentenced to seven to 231/2 months, with a 12-month term of Intermediate Punishment served on house arrest, for terroristic threats.

Andrew George Seto, 39, of Cardale was sentenced to one year’s probation for unsworn falsification.

Danielle Nicole Thomas, 33, of Republic was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

David Larry Miller, 51, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Samuel Stewart, 52, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 180 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Jason Bruce Swaney, 25, of Fairchance was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, all to be served on house arrest, for DUI.
