Marshall Shaw, Jr., 77, of Uniontown, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at his residence. Mr. Shaw was a cement mixer for American Peerless Cement.

Surviving are his wife, Diana McMasters Shaw; two children, Emmanuell Lynn Shaw and April Lee Shaw; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Fayette Show.

Funeral services will be private and are under the direction of the Jerome W. Shell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family at 15 Cleveland Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., 15401.
