McKernan-Savochka

United in marriage at Whyel Chapel at Jumonville were Roni Lynn Savochka and Jeff McKernan, both of Columbus, Ohio. The Rev. Paul Min officiated the July 10 ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sam and Linda Savochka of West Bend Road, East Millsboro. The bridegroom is the son of Bill and Linda McKernan of Marshall Road, McDonald, Ohio.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless satin gown with embroidered beaded bodice framed with a band of pearls, rocals and crystals. A matching fingertip length veil was held by a crystal and pearl crown.

Ragan Sudul, cousin of the bride from Havelock, N.C., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Peters, Amber Savochka, Diva Bohna, Tracy Savochka, Jennifer McKernan, MiMi Nguyen, Katharina Hauber of Munich, German. Kaila Zoretic and Samantha Savochka, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.

Best man was Chris McKernan, brother of the bridegroom from Girard, Ohio. Groomsmen were Brandon Savochka, Jason Savochka and Justin Savochka, brothers of the bride; Carl West, Justin Accera, Dennis Reagle and Tim Neff. Ty Savochka, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception was held at Mount Summit Inn Resort.

The bride graduated from Brownsville Area High School and The University of Pittsburgh. She is a fine wine sales representative with Glazer’s Distributor of Ohio.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Ursuline High School and also The University of Pittsburgh. He is a media supervisor with Best Buy.

The couple honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise.

They now reside at 5446 Flintstone Drive, Westerville, Ohio.
