Susan J. Burkholder, age 53, of Connellsville, Pa., died Tuesday, January 18, 2005, in her residence.

She was born March 9, 1951, in Connellsville, Pa., daughter of Monica J. Burkholder of South Connellsville, Pa.

Susan graduated from the now former Frazier High School in Perryopolis, Pa., and the Shenango Valley Business School.

She was formerly employed at the Sharon Regional Health Center, Sharon, Pa.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters: Kelly Tuner and Stacey Turner both of Sharpsville, Pa.; and four brothers: Ronald Burkholder of Waymart, Pa., David Burkholder and his wife, Doris, of Dickerson Run, Pa., John Burkholder and his wife, Tammy, of Fairchance, Pa., and Brian Burkholder and his friend, Bridgette Smith, of Uniontown, Pa.

Family and friends will be received in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 EAST GREEN STREET, CONNELLSVILLE, Pa., on Sunday, January 23, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the hour of Services with the Rev. Keith McIlwain officiating.

Interment will be private.
