Frank Jr. and Pamela Neely of Waynesburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Neely, of Madisonville, Ky., to Phillip Caudill, also of Madisonville. The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Madisonville North Hopkins High School and a 2003 graduate of Madisonville Community College with an associate degree of arts. She is a second assistant manager at Cato.

Her fiance is the son of Tony and Betty Caudill of Maniton, Ky. He is a 2000 graduate of Madisonville North Hopkins High School and is employed at Caudill Construction.

A March 6 wedding is planned.
