The lunch menu for this week for area senior citizen centers is as follows:
Monday: macaroni and cheese, sugar snap peas, chef’s style tomatoes, wheat bread, cookie.
Tuesday: swedish meatballs over noodles, buttered corn, vanilla glazed carrots, rye bread, in-season fresh fruit.
Wednesday: chicken humdinger, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans w/bacon bits, tossed salad w/vegetables, cloverleaf dinner roll, spice cake w/warm cinnamon apples.
Thursday: low-sodium baked ham w/pineapple, baked sweet potato cubes, seasoned french cut green beans, mixed grain bread, granola bar.
Friday: cheese pizza, spiced fruit, tossed salad w/vegetables, chocolate cake.
