Velma Crockard Waine, age 90, of Nemacolin, Pa., who was a member of the Ohiopyle Grange, Ohiopyle, Pa., and was born in Rices Landing, Pa., died Friday, January 28, 2005, in her home. She is survived by her only brother, Charles “Bud” Crockard and his wife, Enid, of Rices Landing, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends in the Paul Michael Lesako Funeral Home Inc., Paul M. Lesako, Funeral Director/Supervisor, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa., on Tuesday, February 1, from 12 Noon until the Funeral Service at 2 p.m.
