Ronald Eugene Fogle
Ronald Eugene Fogle, age 54, of Wheeler, Connellsville, Pa., died Friday, January 28, 2005, in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa.
He was born July 4, 1950, in Wheeler, Fayette County, Pa., a son of Charles E. Fogle Jr. and Ruth H. Meeks Fogle.
“Ron” graduated from Connellsville Area High School with the class of 1968.
He worked as a contractor and had his own business, Fogle Home Remodeling, for 33 years.
He was also a Pennsylvania State Certified 205 Constable.
“Ron” was a member of Central Fellowship Church in Connellsville.
He was a member of the New Haven Hose Company in Connellsville and served as its Vice-President.
“Ron” was also a member and President of the Indian Creek Valley ATV Club.
He was also a member of the Independent Slovak Club, B.P.O. Elks No. 503 in Connellsville, the Fayette County Fireman’s Association and the Western Pennsylvania Fireman’s Association.
He was predeceased by a brother, Charles E. Fogle III, two sisters, Helene Lenox and Gloria Butler, and his parents.
“Ron” is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Sharon L. Williams Fogle; his daughters: Jeni and her husband, Brian Crossland, of Wheeler and Brandy and her husband, Keith Corvin, of King, North Carolina; his grandchildren: Jessica Cole and Justin Cole both of Wheeler and Kayla Corvin and Dylan Corvin both of King, North Carolina; his sisters: Sharon and her husband, Bennie Wiggins III, of Connellsville, Alice and her husband, James Shields, of Lower Burrell, Pa., Jacqueline and her husband, Taylor Leighty, of Vanderbilt, Pa., and Nelda and her husband, Charles Welsh, of Connellsville; his brother, Ralph Coligan of Enfield, Connecticut; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 EAST GREEN STREET, CONNELLSVILLE, Pa., today from 2 to 9 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 1, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ray Keefer officiating.
A Committal Service and interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pa.
Donations may be made to the New Haven Hose Company, 125 7th Street, Connellsville, PA 15425 in memory of Ronald Eugene Fogle.
Visitation was also held Sunday, January 30, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m.
New Haven Hose Company conducted a Service in the Funeral Home on Sunday at 7 p.m.
