James D. Murray Jr.
James D. “Binny” Murray Jr., age 52, of Miller Farm, Uniontown, Pa., passed away suddenly Saturday, July 2, 2005, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1953, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of James D. Murray Sr. of Newboro, Pa., and the now late Beverly Wallace Murray.
He was an employee of the White Line Taxi Company in Brownsville, Pa., a member of the Fayette County Eight Ball League at Kretz’s and a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict who served with the United States Marine Corps.
“Binny” loved demolition derbies and hunting.
In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Murray.
In addition to his father he is survived by his wife, Marcia Williams Murray; three daughters and one son: Michele Murray and her fianc?, John Chargoff, of Dearth, Pa., Melissa Murray and Monica Murray both at home, and James D. Murray III and his fianc?e, Nicole Conn, of Masontown, Pa.; two grandchildren: Haley and Morgan; and three brothers: Robert Murray and his wife, Mary Ann, of Newboro, Pa., Gary Murray of Hopwood, Pa., and Larry Murray of Searights, Pa.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem Pa., today after 7 p.m., Monday, July 4, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, July 5, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rufus Peer, Pastor, officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
