point marion Grace Elizabeth Pruitt, age 98, of Point Marion, R.D., Pa., passed away Sunday, July 10, 2005, in Point Manor Personal Care Home, Point Marion, Pa. She was born January 18, 1907, in Fairchance, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Iona Clemmer Gray.

She was a faithful, lifetime member of the Fallen Timbers Community Chapel, where she taught Sunday school for many years.

Surviving are two children and their spouses, William J. and Rebecca Pruitt of Point Marion, R.D., and Norma and Fred Arbogast of Dilliner, Pa., 20 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Predeceased are her husband, Norman L. Pruitt on June 5, 1986, and three daughters, Margaret Proden, Ella Steele, and Laura Steele.

Friends will be received in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, Pa., today, Wednesday, July 13, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Thursday, July 14 until 11 a.m. the hour of service, with the Rev. Kenneth Haines officiating.

Interment follows in Mount Moriah Presbyterian Cemetery, Point Marion, R.D.
