A Mass of Christian Burial for Paul R. “Ronnie Balchak, 64, of Wickliffe, Ohio, born in Lemont Furnace, Pa., was held at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Wickliffe. Mr. Balchak died July 1, 2005, of cancer at Wickliffe Country Place.

Mr. Balchak worked as a machinist for LaGanke Stamping in Cleveland for 20 years, retiring a month ago due to his health.

Survivors include his brothers, Bernard (Mary Louise) of Mentor, and Michael (Kay) of Wickliffe; a sister-in-law, Arlene Balchak of Eastlake; several nieces; a nephew; several great-nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves his dear friend, Edith Grubbs.
