Michael Prytulak, 91, of Scottdale, and formerly of Connellsville, died Friday, July 15, 2005, in Shady Side Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Leveda P. Leichliter Prytulak; his son, Donald E. Prytulak of Greensburg; his daughter, Mrs. Edward R. (Audrey R.) Barbacow of Connellsville; his brother, Harry Prytulak and his sister, Pauline Blair, both of Connellsville.

A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Connellsville Congregation, Route 119 and S. 11th St., Connellsville, on Friday, July 29, 2005, at 7 p.m., under the direction of Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home, 123 S. First St., West Side, Connellsville, Pa.
