Ruby M. Jordan Hughes, age 71, of Brownfield, Pa., passed away Thursday, June 9, 2005, in the Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa.

She was born September 30, 1933, daughter of Albert Jordan and Mae Killingsworth Jordan.

She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, Harry, Albert and Robert, and three sisters, Evelyn, Joyce and Darlene.

Surviving are her husband, Marvin Duane Hughes; four children: Pamela Stebok and her husband, Dennis, of Uniontown, Pa., Regina Miller and her husband, Charles, of Brownfield, Sherri Jordan of Masontown, Pa., and Vicki Rhome of Brownfield; two stepchildren: Marvin Duane Hughes Jr. and his wife, Bobby, of Masontown, Pa., and Ronald Hughes of Ashland, Ohio; 14 grandchildren: Simone, Stephen, Sean, Charles Jr., Megan, Forest, Johnathan, Cheyenne, Jessica, Damon, Ryan, Nathan, Shane and David; one great-grandson, Zackery; eight brothers and sisters: James Jordan and his wife, Mary, of New Salem, Pa., Catherine George of Farmington, Pa., Betty Anderson of Revere, Uniontown, Pa., George Jordan and his wife, Hollie, of Uniontown, Pa., Dolores Hawkins and her husband, Ronald, of Uniontown, Pa., Lee Hughes of Uniontown, Pa., Linda Hughes and her husband, Gerald, of Hopwood, Pa., and Frank Jordan and his wife, Connie, of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today (Saturday, June 11) until noon, the hour of the Service with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Brownfield.

Visitation was also held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
