Two cited Two people were cited for causing a disturbance at a Willow Road bar at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, state police said. Police cited Jay Howard Corey, 46, of 296 Horseshoe Road, Morgantown, W.Va., for harassment after he allegedly struck Thomas Philip McGilton, 41, of 1714 Morris St., Waynesburg. Police cited McGilton for disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance.

Citations filed
State police filed criminal trespass citations against Kathleen Louise Barkley, 42, of 214 Maple St., Carmichaels and Robin Ellen Watson, 43, of 161 Falls Hollow Road, Mount Morris, after the two allegedly arrived at Robert Mark and Elizabeth McConnell Gibson’s 165 Bunner Hill Road residence and knocked on doors and a window while intoxicated at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Warrant issued
A warrant of arrest has been issued for Mark Deshields, 25, of Fredricktown after he allegedly failed to return a rented concrete saw and blade from Carmichaels Equipment Rental on May 27, state police said. The value of the saw is estimated at $700 and rental fees from May 27 to June 15 are $375, equaling a $1,075 total loss for the rental company.

Woman charged
State police charged Vicki Ann Main, 41, of Clarksville with disorderly conduct after she allegedly created a disturbance at a tavern by yelling and screaming at Scott Allen Rolf, 34, of Clarksville on Tuesday.

Cash stolen
Someone stole an estimated $1,900 in cash from Patricia Hammercheck’s 1032 N. Eighty Eight Road residence in Rices Landing during a moving sale held between 10 a.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday, state police said.
Uniontown
Man arrested
Uniontown police arrested Shawn Allen Boyd, 26, of 91 Walnut St., Uniontown, on a warrant charging him with an early Tuesday morning assault in which a city man was severely injured.
The warrant contains charges of aggravated assault, simple assault recklessly endangering another person and harassment. Boyd was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jesse J. Cramer and placed in the county prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Boyd was the second man arrested in connection with a 3 a.m. assault that left Dwayne “Gus” Pierce, 44, of Uniontown hospitalized in critical condition.
Roy Friend, 34, of 88 Walnut St. was arrested Wednesday on the same charges that Boyd faces. Police said Pierce was found lying unresponsive and bleeding with severe head injuries on North Gallatin Avenue, in front of the American Legion. A juvenile also might be charged in the attack, police said.

Man injured
A man in his late teens was flown by emergency medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh late Wednesday night after cutting his arm when he fell getting out of a swimming pool.
According to Fayette City Fire Chief Jim Eley Jr., the teen suffered a severe cut on his arm when it struck a gate in the fence surrounding the pool deck.
The Grindstone Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene. Both Brownsville Ambulance Service Inc. and Rostraver EMS were also dispatched. The incident occurred at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday.

Safe stolen
The Dollar General on Route 21 at Lardin Farm Road was broken into between 8:30 p.m. Monday and 5:40 a.m. Tuesday and a safe containing money was stolen, state police said. A door was damaged during the burglary.

Home burglary
Someone broke into Brenda Lee Ohler’s trailer at 10 Lake View Lane between June 17 and 21 and stole a TV, a Sony Playstation II and games, state police said. An air conditioner owned by Anthony T. Pagnozzi of Uniontown was also stolen during the burglary.

Fishing gear stolen
Four fishing rods and reels, three tackle bags containing numerous lures and baits, the head of a Hummingbird fish finder and three state fishing licenses were stolen from two boats in Yough Lake at the Tub Run Camp Ground June 10 before 5 a.m., state police said. Kurt R. McElhaney, 40, of McDonald and Charles A. Novick, 39, of Hickory own the boats.
