Adam Marilungo

Adam Marilungo, age 68, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 3, 2005.

He was born September 18, 1936, in Waltersburg, Pa., son of John Marilungo Sr. and Christina Piccolomini Marilungo.

Adam was a heavy equipment operator for Local 66 Union Hall.

He was also the owner and operator of Marilungo Disposal and the former owner of Giovanni’s Restaurant on Connellsville Street in Uniontown, Pa.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Moyer Marilungo, a son, Kent Marilungo, a daughter, Karen Yvonne Marilungo, a sister, Loretta Marilungo Tamborini, and his parents.

He is survived by two sons: Keith Marilungo and his wife, Emily, of Arcadia, Florida, and Kevin Marilungo and Pam of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; four grandchildren: Richelle Yvonne Marilungo, Keith Marilungo, Kirk Marilungo and Kent Marilungo; a great granddaughter; two brothers: John Marilungo Jr. of New Brighton, Pa., and Daniel Marilungo of Uniontown,. Pa.; many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., this evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, March 8, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of Service.

Entombment will follow in Chapel of Memories Mausoleum, Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
