Charles M. Fields Jr.
Charles M. Fields Jr., 17, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Sunday, March 6, 2005, in Uniontown Hospital. He was born Sept. 5, 1987, in Uniontown, Pa., son of Charles M. Fields of Virginia, and Rozetta Williams of Uniontown, Pa.
Surviving are one daughter, Ta’Aliyah Fields and his girlfriend, Elaya Fitzgerald of Pittsburgh Pa., a brother, Christopher Fields of Holloman, AFB New Mexico; grandparents, James R. Calloway Sr., of Cleveland, Ohio, Gary Harrison and Mildred Calloway Harrison of Uniontown, Pa., David C. Fields and Mary Ellen Fields of Fairchance, Pa., and Dale Williams and Mary Ann Williams of Edenborn, Pa., uncles, Pastor James R. Calloway of Lamberton, Pa., Leinder Calloway of Uniontown, Pa., and Leon Calloway of Holloman, AFB New Mexico; and a number of aunts, cousins, relatives and friends.
Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main St., Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, March 12, 2005, from 10 a.m. until noon. Services begin at noon, with Pastor Richard Calloway officiating. Interment will follow in Edenborn Cemetery.
