United in marriage on June 26 were Cheryl Hostetler of Fearer Road, Markleysburg and Michael Martin of Flat Rock Road, Markleysburg. The Rev. Don Bowers officiated the ceremony at the New Life Covenant Church in Markleysburg.

The bride is the daughter of Edward and Rita Hostetler of Fearer Road, Markleysburg. The bridegroom is the son of Andrew and Linda Martin of Flat Rock Road, Markleysburg.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a satin A-line gown with asymmetrical waistline, strapless neckline and adorned with chenille flowers, metallic embroidery, crystals and beads. A headpiece of beaded leaves and rhinestones held a veil of illusion.

Bobbi Opar was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tammy VanNosdeln, Carey Libertini, Brynn Cunningham, Erin Turbich, Tennille Humberston, Erin Snyder, Jennifer Martin and Andrea Martin. Junior bridesmaid was Lauren VanNosdeln. Flower girls were Rachel VanNosdeln and Casey Raboci.

Best man was Jim Humberston. Ushers were Nick Meyokovich, James Hamborsky, Brian Hostetler, Steve Opar, Justin Plume, Ryan Furrer, Patrick Seese and Darren Hersom. Junior groomsman was Mitchell Raboci. Ring bearer was David Martin.

A reception was held at the Uniontown Firemen’s Social Hall.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and Pennsylvania State University. She is a teacher in the Uniontown Area School District.

The bridegroom is also a 1995 graduate of Uniontown Area High School. He is employed with Green Acres Contracting, Scottdale.

The couple honeymooned at the Outer Banks, N.C.

They reside on Braddock Road, Markleysburg.
