Helen G. Andrews
Helen G. Andrews, 86, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Thursday, March 17, 2005, in Lafayette Manor. She was born July 28, 1918, in Mount Braddock, daughter of the late Andrew and Helen Babylia Glagola.
Helen was a member of Hold Trinity Orthodox Church in New Salem, and retired from Uniontown Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John P. Andrews; and brothers and sisters, John Glagola, Peter Glagola, Andrew Glagola, Mary Luteran, Anna Manzuk and Sophya North.
She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Kuznar and her husband, Ron of West Chester, Ohio; two grandchildren, Zachary Kuznar and his wife, Carey of Hamden, Conn., and Kathryn Kuznar of West LaFayette, Ind.; and her sister, Catherine Bon of Parma Heights, Ohio.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, on Sunday, March 20, 2005, from 2 to 6 p.m., and Monday, March 21, 2005, until 10 a.m., when Parastas will be said. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m., in Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, New Salem, with The Very Rev. Fr. Vitaly Dudkin officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa. A Panachida will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m.
