Raymond E. Teets
Raymond Eugene Teets, 62, of Lake Lynn, Pa., died Thursday, March 17, 2005, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. He was born April 7, 1942, Farmington, Pa., son of the late Charles Teets and Leona Grace Cox Teets.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers and sisters.
Raymond attended the Fairchance Apostolic Revival Center.
Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Peggy Provance Teets; one daughter, Gracie Raylene Teets and close grandchildren, Zachary and Dakota; six stepchildren, Donald Greg Lanko of Point Marion, Pa. Keith Lanko of Smithfield, Pa., James Lanko of Gans, Pa., Valerie Barnhart of McClellandtown, Pa., Wilbur Lanko of Point Marion, Pa., and Vicky Provance of Coolspring, Pa.; 12 stepgrandchildren; one step-great-grandson; two sisters, Kathryn Fike and Margie Shaffer; a brother, Dick Teets; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church St., Fairchance, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday, March 19, 2005, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Robert Musick officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
