Charles Stromick
Charles Stromick, age 75, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2005, in Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
He was born December 24, 1929, in McClellandtown, Pa., son of Metro Stromick and Julia Kovach Stromick.
Charles was a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in New Salem, Pa.
He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers and six sisters: John Stromick, Paul Stromick, Mike Stromick, Mary Reheis, Julia Troost, Helen Joiner, Nancy Smith, Betty Stromick and Carol Stromick.
Surviving are: his wife, Barbara Stromick of Maryland; special companion, Jessie Werdung of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; his son, Joseph L. Stromick of Bethesda, Maryland; and these brothers and sisters: Patrick Stromick of Hopwood, Pa., Joseph Stromick of Uniontown, Pa., Mrs. Stanley (Anne) Kinnell of Hilton Head, South Carolina, Mrs. Joseph (Kathryn) Donovan of Elizabeth, New Jersey, Mrs. John (Sophia) Musial of Kirtland, Ohio, Mildred Hartshorn of Falls Church, Virginia, and Mrs. Rudolph (Elisa) Fox of Annapolis, Maryland.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, March 22, until 9:30 a.m. when Parastas will be said.
Funeral Service will follow at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, New Salem, with the Rev. Father Vitaly Dudkin officiating.
Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Orthodox Cemetery.
Panachida will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday at 7 p.m.
