Glendine Hooton Patterson
Glendine Hooton Patterson, age 86, of Vestaburg, Pa., died at 6:25 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2005, in her home.
She was born November 2, 1918, in Bayard, West Virginia, the only child of Charles and Elva (Christman) Hooton.
Mrs. Patterson had been a homemaker and was a member of the Beth-Center Senior Citizens where she enjoyed going on trips with the travel club-especially to Atlantic City, New Jersey.
She also enjoyed reading and working the daily newspaper crossword puzzles.
Deceased are her parents, her husband, Frank Patterson Sr. (1974), and a son, Rex Patterson (November 29, 2003).
Surviving are three sons: Ronald Patterson and his wife, Patty, of Fairborn, Ohio, Frank Patterson Jr. and his wife, Mickey, of David, Panama, and Timothy Patterson Sr. and his wife, Carol, of Vestaburg, Pa.; one daughter, Pamela Lofstead and her husband, Rick, of Richeyville, Pa.; one daughter-in-law, Barbara Patterson of East Millsboro, Pa.; 10 grandchildren: Denise Sturgeon, Kimberly Franck, Frank Patterson III, Patricia Prudencio, Michael Lofstead, Timothy Patterson Jr., Kelly Patterson, Bob Allen, Tom Allen and Janet Allen; and nine great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, Pa., today from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 21, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park Brier Hill, Pa.
