Harvey R. Dunmeyer
Harvey R. “Spanky” Dunmeyer, age 46, of Smock, Pa., died Sunday, May 8, 2005, in Brownsville Hospital, Brownsville, Pa. He was born May 31, 1958, in North Charleroi, Pa., son of Harvey A. Dunmeyer and Elizabeth Carlson Dunmeyer.
He was employed by Ginger Hill Synthetic Fuels (CQ Inc.), was Lutheran by faith, and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Monessen, Pa., the Allenport Gun Club, and the United Mine Workers of America.
Preceding him in death were his Maternal Grandparents, Raymond and Ruth “Rose” Carlson, and his Paternal Grandparents, Harvey F. and Mary (Pallatto) Dunmeyer.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his Wife, Debra Dunmeyer of Jeannette; a Son, Christopher R. Dunmeyer and his fianc?e, Erica Maiore, of Washington, Pa.; a Daughter, Nicole Dunmeyer of Allenport, Pa.; two Grandchildren: Michael and Kendall; a Brother, Gary L. Dunmeyer and his wife, Cynthia L., of Monessen, Pa.; three sisters: Mrs. Timothy (Susan) Janitor of West Newton, Pa., Mrs. Rodney (Kathlleen Jo) Alleman of Hartford, Connecticut, and Mrs. Rory (Jill A.) Price of Smock, Pa.; several Nieces and Nephews.
Friends will be received at the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Boulevard, Monessen, Pa., A Golden Rule Funeral Home, 1209 Grand Boulevard, Monessen, PA 15062 (724-684-4061) today and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
Services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 13, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Tom Senge officiating.
Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
