Denise Marie Smith, 48, of Connellsville, Pa., died Friday, Oct. 28, 2005, at her residence. She is survived by her mother, Helen Chesko Davidson of Connellsville; her husband, Howard Roy “Howie” Smith of Connellsville; son, Howie Michael Smith of New York, N.Y.; and brother, Richard L. Davidson of Connellsville, Pa.

Friends will be received at Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home, 123 S. First St., West Side, Connellsville, today, Nov. 1, 2005, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service.
