Charles E. Foster
Charles E. “Joe” Foster, 75, of Scottdale, Pa., died Monday, November 14, 2005, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was a retired Boiler Laborer for United States Steel, Duquesne works retiring in 1984 after 35 years of service.
Surviving are his two brothers: James Foster of Scottdale and William Foster of Ruffsdale; and nieces and nephews including Bill and Connie Foster of Ruffsdale; two sisters-in-law, Florence Eutsey and husband, Edward of Connellsville and Carol A. Cottom and husband, John of Connellsville.
Friends will be received in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., 417 West Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2005, at 11 a.m.
