Ray P. Forman

Ray P. Forman, 58, of Waynesburg, Pa., died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, in Washington Hospital, Washington. Mr. Forman was an avid horseman. He raised Tennessee walking horses on his farm in Washington Township. He was a self-employed farrior. He had also worked at the Marianna Mine, and as a truck driver for Select Service at Eight-Four.

On May 16, 1922, he married Betty Antill Forman, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Anthony Scott Forman of West Finley, and Jamie Ray Forman of Clarksville; six grandsons, two brothers, Donald Forman Jr., of Jefferson, and Brian Forman of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., today and from noon to 2 p.m., on Wednesday, the hour of services, in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson.
