Four vehicles crash
State police said drivers Natalie Cecchini, 36, of Fredericktown; Bernadette M. Semancik, 22, of Fredericktown; Bernard Bealko, 70, of Carmichaels; and Steve Beno, 57, of Pittsburgh were involved in an accident Wednesday afternoon along Route 88. Bealko suffered minor injuries in the accident, while none of the other drivers reported injuries, police said.

Fatal accident
State police said David Wayne Cochran of Jacobs Creek died Wednesday from injures sustained in a one-vehicle accident on Route 3073 near the intersection of Route 677. Police said blunt force injuries were the cause of death.
Cochran, according to police, was the passenger in a vehicle driven by George Simon of Dawson. Simon sustained serious injuries, and police said he was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
Police said neither men were wearing seatbelts. No further information was available Thursday.

Rails stolen
State police said someone stole about 10 yellow, 16-foot-long steel rails used for manufacturing sometime between 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday from Fort Mason Machine Co. at 126 Gray St.

Woman grabbed
State police said Aimie Nestor, 29, of Hopwood was allegedly grabbed by the arms by a 30-year-old Smithfield man Wednesday at 4:41 p.m. during an incident at an Outcrop Road residence.

Woman harassed
Sherry Thorpe, 42, of 180 Furnace Hill Road told state police Monday at 8:47 p.m. that she has received several unwanted phone calls from a person known to her.

William Lindsey of Windy Hill Road told state police several items were removed from his residence Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Vehicle keyed
Ray Keller, 23, of Uniontown told state police someone keyed the passenger side of his 2005 Jeep Liberty while it was parked at the Uniontown Mall sometime between 9 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Dog injured
City police said a male, brindle-colored German Shepard was injured Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. near Dominos Pizza on Morgantown Street. Police said the dog wore an orange collar with a 2005 Fayette County license number 9286. The owner should contact the SPCA at 724-438-3121, police said.

Samantha Stonebraker of 167 Coffey St. told city police someone broke the window out of her back door sometime between 7 and 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Woman charged
City police said Jessica Hall, 25, no address available was charged with defiant trespass and public drunkenness following an incident that occurred Thursday at 1:40 a.m. on West Berkeley Street. Police said Hall trespassed on private property and was sitting in a vehicle that did not belong to Hall when they found her. She told officers she had been to several bars that night and did not know how she ended up in the vehicle, police said.

Radio stolen
Robert Braxton of 34 John St. told city police Thursday at 10:57 a.m. that someone stole a radio out of his vehicle while it was parked near his residence. Police said damage was also done to the glove box.
