Helen F. Brahs
Helen F. (Zerilla) Brahs of Scottdale, Pa., passed away at 4:43 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, in Amber House at Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mount Pleasant. Helen was a homemaker and a graduate of Scottdale High School, Class of 1941. Years ago, she worked as an aide at the Verna Montessori School, Bullskin Township.
Helen will be sadly missed by her loving family: her two sisters, Ann McNally of Scottdale, and Vera Gratchic of Uniontown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m., on Monday in St. John Byzantine Church, Scottdale. In lieu off lowers, memorials may be made to Verna Montessor School or St. John Byzantine Church, in memory of Helen F. Brahs. The Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
