James L. Hansel
James L. Hansel, 66, of Farmington, Pa., passed away Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, in the Uniontown Hospital. HE was born Dec. 27, 1938, in Farmington, son of the late Lawrence and Bina Marker Hansel.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Norma G. Inks, and a brother, William E. Hansel.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Martin Hansel; a daughter, Debroa Hansel Turney and husband, Matthew; two grandsons, Clemeth “CJ” Burnsworth and Ryan M. Turney; one brother, Louis D. Hansel of Farmington; and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was a retired partner in DEMCO Excavating and had worked 15 years at Rockwell International. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed squirrel hunting with his flintlock rifle. He loved spending time with his family and many friends.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday, until 11:30 a.m., the hour of the service, with the Rev. Dale Rexrode officiating.
