Nixon Gun Club plans trap league

Nixon Gun Club of Brownsville will host a 12-week, open trap league, beginning 6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 10. Shooters do not have to belong to the club to participate.

Interested shotgunners can sign up the first league night when a meeting will be held to familiarize everyone with the rules and regulations.

Shooters are permitted to shoot off early or late if they are unable to make it on the regular league night.

Shooters will shoot 25 rounds each week.
