Theft reported City police said Shirley Giffin of Millview Street reported that a Sony Playstation II, seven games and two remote controls were stolen from her home at 5 p.m. Monday. Police said there were no signs of forced entry into the home.

A criminal mischief citation was filed against a 15-year-old male for allegedly smashing a mirror on a vehicle owned by Clarence Blair of Cardale on Elm Street at 5:30 p.m. Monday, state police said. The citation was filed at Magisterial District Judge Michael J. Defino Jr.’s office.

John Devlin, 30, of Homestead was cited with harassment as a result of ongoing conduct toward Jamie Avery of Jefferson Township on Lowber Road at 1 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

State police said unknown suspects fired paintball guns at a trailer on Route 857 owned by Thomas Kawatske of Uniontown at 9:15 p.m. Sept. 6. The siding was damaged.

State police said three wooden signs were stolen and one was damaged along County Line Road, off Route 711 between 9:30 p.m. Sept. 3 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 4. The victim is Mary Mattie of Champion.

State police said someone shot a bb gun through a window owned by Kenneth Carpeal, 32, of Keitsterville at his residence Saturday at 10 a.m.

Cars collide
According to state police, vehicles operated by Eric Dorsey of Uniontown and James Williams of Smithfield collided along Morgantown Road at 7:55 a.m. Monday. Dorsey suffered minor injuries, police said.

Two charged
State police said John Darkangelo and Jill Darkangelo, both of Perryopolis, were charged with simple assault for allegedly fighting at their residence on River Road in Whitsett at 4:30 a.m. Sunday. They were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Defino Jr. and released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

Angela Knabenshue, 24, who is homeless, was cited with loitering after she was seen walking along North Gallatin Avenue near City Hall at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, city police said.
