John C. Mische
John C. Mische, 90, of Coraopolis, Pa., and formerly of California, Pa., died Tuesday, October 4, 2005. He was born January 18, 1915, in California, Pa., a son of the late Fritz and Agnes (Sterbenz) Mische.
He was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Society, was active with Meals-on-Wheels, served on the Board of the Centerville Clinic, and was a dedicated volunteer at the Mount Calvary Cemetery.
In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by is wife Phyllis (Encrapera) Mische on July 1, 2001, and two brothers, Albert and Fred Mische. .
Left to cherish his memory are daughters, Marlene Folle of Coraopolis, Pa., Bonnie Veenis husband William of Rochester, N.Y.; grandchildren Scott and wife Ann Folle, Jill and husband, Lawrence Cersosimo, and Jon Veenis; and great grandchildren Derek Folle, Jake Folle, Lexus Cersosimo, and Lawrence Cersosimo II.
Friends will be received in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa., on Monday, October 10 from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home followed by a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas Aquinas Church with Fr. George Moneck as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
