State police said someone removed $100 worth of quarters from the vacuum/air machine at Amy Lyne’s Exxon on Main Street sometime between 11:15 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday.

Warrant served
State police said an arrest warrant was served Friday on Matthew Paul Glover, 19, of Smithfield. He was charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy after he and a known juvenile allegedly entered the 8 Rose Garden residence of Angelia Lynn Thomas on Dec. 27, 2004, and stole Thomas’ purse and money.
Police said Glover was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Mark Blair and placed in Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $10,000 percentage bond.
Police reported that criminal charges were filed against the juvenile at the Fayette County Juvenile Probation Court.

State police said a 53-year-old man was injured when a 36-year-old New Salem man struck him Thursday at 7 p.m.

Tabitha Ader of Uniontown told city police she left her 17 Farragut St. residence Friday at 10:30 a.m. and said a Sony Xbox and a white baseball jersey were missing when she returned at 11:35 a.m.
Police reported that someone entered Ader’s residence through a small window.

City police said Kimberly Fike of 88 Walnut St. was charged with theft of services and bad checks Friday after she allegedly gave a pizza delivery boy a $100 check that she knew would bounce for a $65 order.
Police reported that the delivery boy gave Fike $35 in change before finding out the check was bad.

City police reported that Douglas Clingan of 445 Union St. was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
Clingan allegedly assaulted his wife, Lynn Clingan of Uniontown on Friday at 11:35 p.m.

Warrant served
City police said a felony warrant issued by Magisterial District Justice Mark Blair was served on Christian Frezzell, 40, no address available, after officers saw him walking on North Gallatin Avenue Saturday at 12:30 a.m.
City police reported that Frezzell was arraigned before Blair and released on a $25,000 unsecured bond with the condition he is not to be in, on or about the North Gallatin Avenue area within the city limits.

Man charged
State police said Thomas Wingrove, 46, of Star Junction was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest Thursday at 5:10 p.m. after he allegedly entered a Tower Road trailer belonging to Nicole Wingrove, 21, of Star Junction after being told that he was not permitted to be there.
Wingrove was then arraigned and placed in the Fayette County Prison on a $25,000 bond, according to state police reports.
