June E. Mucho
June E. Mucho, 88, of Washington, Pa., formerly of Richeyville, Pa., died Monday, October 10, 2005, in the Washington County Health Center after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Mucho was a 1935 graduate of Centerville High School and a 1938 graduate of the Brownsville Hospital School of Nursing. She took graduate courses at the University of Pittsburgh.
From 1942 to 1944 she served with the United State Army Nurses Corps and was discharged with the rank of 2nd Lt. On her return from service, she did private duty nursing in the Richeyville area.
Surviving are her children: Thomas P. Mucho and his wife, Carole of Washington, Pa., Janet Sherbon and her husband, Wallace of Virginia Beach, Va., Cathy Sistek and her husband, Joseph of Canonsburg, Pa., Linda Mucho of Richeyville, George S. Mucho and his wife, Karen of Washington, Pa., Jack E. Mucho and his wife, Clare of Fredericktown, Pa., David Mucho and his wife, Wendy of Richeyville, and Daniel Mucho of Richeyville; grandchildren and great- grandsons; nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, Pa.
