Harold H. “Heck” Harper, 71, of Morgantown, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2005, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Cremation Services were provided by HASTINGS FUNERAL HOME of Morgantown, W.Va. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Family and friends will be received at St. Luke The Evangelist Parish, 19 Jo Glen Drive, on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, from 10 a.m., until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Fr. Giles LeVasseur officiating..
