Annette R. Stimak, 84, of Warren, Ohio and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died Wednesday, October 19, 2005, in her home. Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC, AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today from 9 to 10:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, Pa., with the Rev. Father Matthew R. Brozovic as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery.
