Robert D. Harford Sr., 62, of Uniontown, Pa., died on October 3, 2005 at home. He was the son of the Daisy Bell Cramer Harford and the late James William Harford.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Elizabeth Williams Harford.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a daughter, Kimberly Sue Harford, a son-in-law, Darrin Tidrick, and grandchildren, Lewis Cazmir Tidrick and Ruby Tidrick, all of Pittsburgh; a son, Robert D. Harford Jr., A daughter-in-law Gina Lynn Fordyce Harford, and grandchildren, Morgan James Harford and Madison Catharine Harford, all of Springfield, Va.

He worked for National City bank for 37 years in the Uniontown Office. He was in the U.S. Army Reserves for six years.

He loved to work with his hands. He loved woodworking, especially when he created toys and furniture for his grandchildren. He also loved planting flowers.

Kimberly and Robert Jr., plan a memorial service for Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at 11 a.m., to be held at Cherry Tree Alliance Church, 640 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, Pa. 15401.
