Cohen-Witek
Dr. Erin Leigh Witek and Dr. Scott William Cohen, both of Los Angeles, Calif., were united in marriage on June 11 at Nemacolin Woodlands, Farmington. The Rev. Dr. Walter Childress heard the exchange of marriage vows.
The bride’s parents are Dr. and Mrs. Edward L. Witek Jr. of Southwood Drive, Uniontown.
The bridegroom’s parents are Dr. and Mrs. Allan Cohen of Potomac, Md.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a silk satin gown with strapless bodice embellished with a waistband of delicate beading and embroidery. The drop waistline flowed to an A-line skirt with chapel train. A headpiece held a floor-length veil of illusion.
Matron of honor was Renee Schwertfeger. Nicole Witzer was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lori Cohen, sister of the bridegroom; Alison Maguire, Adrienne Milsom and Roula Panas.
Best man was Brian Cohen, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Daniel Dornbusch, John Diaz, Todd Klessman, Matthew Smith, Kirk West, Matthew Witek and Stephen Witek, brothers of the bride.
A reception was held in the Marquis Ballroom at Nemacolin Woodlands.
The bride graduated from Laurel Highlands High School, Cornell University, Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and UCLA. She is an orthodontist in Los Angeles.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Churchill High School, Cornell University and the University of Miami School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles. He is a pediatrician in Los Angeles.
The couple went on a wedding trip to Italy. They reside on Weidlake Drive, Los Angeles.
