Clyde H. Grimm
Clyde H. Grimm, 77, of Dunbar (Morrell), Pa., died Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, in Mt. View Specialty Care Center, Unity Township. He was born May 18, 1928, in Normalville, Pa., a son of the late Clarence and Hazel Mae Gallentine Grimm.
Clyde was retired from the Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation, where he was employed for many years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a former member of the Morrell Volunteer Fire Department and the Civil Air Patrol.
He was a member of the Vanderbilt Church of Christ.
Clyde is survived by his two children, Doris Lilley and companion, Howard Ohler of Normalville, and Douglas Grimm and his wife, Kathy of Morrell; six grandchildren, Fred Miller and his wife, Jodi Cecil, Douglas Grimm Jr., Anita Miller, Eric Grimm, Hillary Miller and Bruce Lilley; three great-grandchildren, Megan, Alex and Ryan Miller; his brothers and sisters, Robert Grimm and his wife, Emma of Vanderbilt, Agnes Oldland of Scottdale, Thelma McCormick and her husband, James of Alverton, Frank Grimm and his wife, Nancy of Scottdale and Margaret “Peggy” Sikora and her husband, Martin of Mount Pleasant; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Matilda Watson Grimm in 1993; five brothers, Lloyd, Ivan, John, David and Ted Grimm; and several infant brothers and sisters..
