Theresa A. Hospodavis, 64, of Masontown, passed away Monday, October 24, 2005, in her home. She is survived by her husband, John Hospodavis, a daughter, Debra Ann Pastzor and husband, Frank of Plano, Texas; son, John Hospodavis of Lakeworth Fla.; a grandson, Cody Pastzor; sisters: Veronica Meleady of Morgantown, W.Va., and Mary Dolly Gabeletto of Smithfield, Pa; brothers: John Zurvalec of Jacksonville, Fla., Vendlan Zurvalec of Maryland and Anthony Zurvalec of Chamersburg, Pa.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announce later this week by the John S. Maykuth, Jr., Funeral Home, Masontown, Pa.
