Samuel F. Mox, 80, of Waynesburg, Pa., died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005, at Healthsouth Mountainview Rehabilitation, Morgantown, W.Va. He was a retired coal miner from Gateway Coal Company.

On Oct. 11, 1952, her married Betty J. Funk, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Betty Darlene Overly of Ormond Beach, Fla., and Chris Rice of Waynesburg; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, George Mox of Waynesburg; and a sister, Gloria Huffman of Waynesburg.

Funeral services are private and under the direction of the Behm Funeral Homes Inc. 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson.
