Anna Santora Salamone
Anna Santora Salamone, age 98, of Fredericktown, Pa., who was born in Messina, Italy, owned and operated Salamone’s Italian Store in Centerville Borough, Brownsville, Pa., and was Judge of Elections in Fredericktown for more than 50 years, died Friday, October 28, 2005, in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc., Carroll Township, Washington County, Pa. She is survived by three sons: Frank Salamone of Fredericktown, Pa., Vito Salamone of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Anthony Salamone of Brownsville, Pa.; granddaughters: Susan Salamone, Anna Salamone and Teresa Salamone; and sisters: Trieste Santora Biskup and Grace Santora Balaz both of Masontown, Pa.
Friends will be received in the Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd., 42 Bank Street, Fredericktown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, October 31, until 9:30 a.m.
