Uniontown
Shots fired City police seized a pellet gun, pellets and two gas cylinders possibly used to cause damage to the front porch of 35 Whiteman Ave. after shots were reported fired from a brown vehicle in the area around 8 p.m. Monday. Police observed multiple broken windows and a broken door at the home, and multiple round holes consistent with pellet gun damage.
In addition, a green Integra was parked in the yard with the driver’s window broken out, and lying on the front seat was a gas-powered pellet pistol, pellets and gas cylinders, police said. The items appeared to be thrown on the seat so to be recovered later, police said. Police were advised that the home was involved in a fire and is currently uninhabited.
The house appears to have suffered continued vandalism, police said.
