Duane C. “Duke” White
Duane C. “Duke” White, 67, of Collier, Pa., died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2005, at the home of his sister. He was born March 27, 1938, in Van Meter, Pa., son of the late James R. White and Anna Carr White.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Dolores Graham and two brothers-in-law, Mendal Graham and Tony Delsignore.
Surviving are one son, Duane C. White Jr., and his wife, Lisa of Uniontown, Ohio; three sisters, Vivian Fisher and her husband, Jake of Collier, Pa., Ruth Shamrock and her husband, Fred of Grand Island, Fla., and Betty Delsignore of Painesville, Ohio; two brothers, James White and his wife, Lena of Ravenna, Ohio, and Gary White and his wife, Joyce of Collier, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church St., Fairchance, Pa., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, until 10 a.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Ken Walls officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
