Marcus Ottena
Marcus Ottena, 62, of Marianna, Pa., died at 10:55 pm., on Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, in his home following a lengthy illness. Mr. Ottena was a 1961 graduate of Bethlehem Jointure High School. He worked for over 21 years with U.S. Steel Fairless Works in Fairless Hills, Pa., having retired in 1984, and having later worked at Pennsylvania Transformer in Canonsburg, Pa., for several years.
On July 17, 1995, he married Susan Lancey Ottena of Marianna, Pa., who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Marcus Ottena Jr., of Chalfont, Pa., and Michael W. Ottena and his wife, Tracey of Clarksville, P; one grandson; one sister, Annetta Monica of Carmichaels, Pa.; four brothers, John Ottena and his wife, Maxine of Washington, Pa., Frank Ottena and his wife, Mona of North Canton, Ohio, James Ottena and his wife, Charlotte of Marianna, Pa., and Anthony Ottena Sr., and his wife, Marion of Marianna, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Route 40,Beallsville, Pa., where a Blessing Service will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 16, 2005.
