Edward F. Carpeal, age 86, of Keisterville, Pa., passed away Saturday, September 17, 2005, in LaFayette Manor, Uniontown, Pa. Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, September 21, until 11 a.m. the hour of Service with the Rev. Roland M. O’Brien officiating.

Interment will follow in Saint Hedwig Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brier Hill, Pa.

New Salem American Legion Post No. 753 will conduct Military Rites at the graveside.
