Roy Walter Smith, 56, of Hollywood, died Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005, in St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Catherine “Cathy” Smith; his father, Billy Smith of Hollywood; his son, William Walter “Billy” Smith of Reidsville, Ga.; and his sister, Mrs. Harmon (Mary Ann) Caddin of Ravenel.

Friends will be received at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 S. Main St., Summerville, today, Sept. 20, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m., and until Wednesday at 11 a.m., the hour of the service.
