Thomas Daniel Baylis
Thomas Daniel Baylis, 61, of Uniontown, Pa., died on Tuesday, September 27, 2005, in the Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. He was born on July 10, 1944, in Norfolk, Va., son of Eliaz Daniel Baylis and Anna (Robinson) Baylis.
His parents, and a sister preceded him in death.
Thomas was a veteran having served with the United States Navy.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of ten years, Dianne (Rose) Baylis; three children: Carrie Hyatt of Uniontown, Pa., William Hyatt of San Diego, Calif., and Robert Hyatt of Uniontown, Pa.; two grandchildren: T.J. and Joel Dicc, both of Uniontown, Pa.; and a brother, Dana Baylis of San Diego, Calif.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC., AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa.
