Harold Hohman, age 93, of Merrittstown, Pa., died Thursday, March 30, 2006, in Laurel Ridge Center, Uniontown, Pa. He was born August 17, 1912, in Caldwell, Ohio, a son of Phillip Hohman and Rose Warner Hohman.

Harold was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church.

He was retired from United States Steel’s Christie Park and American Bridge and he had owned Hohman’s Monuments in Elizabeth, Pa.

He is predeceased by his parents, his wife, Evelyn Bartolome Hohman, a son-in-law, Robert Venne, sisters, Helen Echelbarger, Marcella Mulbay and Claire Hohman, brothers, Bernard Hohman and Walter Hohman,

He is survived by his daughters: Winifred Isosaki and Lucille Venne both of Merrittstown, Pa., and Phyllis Hohman of Footedale, Pa.; grandchildren: Craig Venne, Elena Vogel and Theresa Isosaki; three great grandchildren: Carson Venne, Madison Venne and Caedon Vogel; sister, Martha Ortlieb of Columbus, Ohio; and brother, Elmer Hohman of Caldwell, Ohio.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., ONE LEGION STREET, REPUBLIC, Pa., on Tuesday, April 4, from 1 until 2 p.m. when a Memorial Service will be held with the Rev. Gail Mason officiating.

Interment will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, McKeesport, Pa.
