Pamela J. Withrow and Keith A. Saunders of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Miranda K. Fullem, to Douglas S. DeFrank, son of Deborah and Louis DeFrank Jr. of Footedale. The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and a 2004 graduate of Penn State Fayette, the Eberly Campus, with a bachelor of science in human development and family studies. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in elementary education at the California University of Pennsylvania.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Albert Gallatin Area High School and a 2004 graduate of Penn State New Kensington Campus with a bachelor of science in information sciences and technology. He is currently employed at Penn State Fayette as a media production coordinator for the campus’ Center for Community and public Safety. He also works part-time for Herald Standard Television.

The wedding is planned for June 10.
